3. Ensure Your Network Settings Are Right

The network settings on your device play a significant role in determining whether you can successfully access the network. It's important to review and validate the network settings to ensure they are configured correctly. For mobile data settings, navigate to the Settings menu, select and then access the mobile network settings.

1. Network Selection

After you enter into the Celluar/Mobile data, there will be a list of SIMs/ eSIMs you've added on your device. Tap on the corresponding data plan you are about to use and you will see a setting list of relevant SIM/eSIM info including " Network Selection", " Voice & Data", " Celluar Data Network", " Data Mode " and the like. For Network Selection, choose "Auto" or manually select the provider(s) that support your data plan.

2. Data Mode

In the same page, tap on Data Mode, choose 5G Auto or 4G. At present, 5G is not as popular as 4G, so in more cases, it's recommended to choose 5G Auto or 4G to access the network

3. APN

For APN, in most situations, the APN will be changed automatically according to your selected provider(s). If the auto change fails, it may cause no access to network. So, you need to go to Celluar Data Network to check if the APN is in line with current provider. If you are not sure whether the APN is right, you can contact the carrier's customer serive or surf on a browser (in case you are WiFi/ other mobile data available).

4. Check and Recharge Data Amount

Another important aspect to consider when troubleshooting network connectivity issues is the status of your data usage. If you have exceeded your data limit, your mobile service provider may throttle your data speeds or suspend your data access until the next billing cycle. To check your data usage, access the data usage settings on your device or through your mobile service provider's app or website. If you have reached your data limit, consider either upgrading your plan or purchasing additional data to restore network access.

5. Ensure You Are in the Provider's Network Coverage

In addition to data usage, verifying that you are within the network coverage area is crucial. Network coverage may vary based on your location and the service coverage provided by your mobile carrier. If you are in an area with poor or no network coverage, you may experience difficulties connecting to the network. Consider relocating to a different area with stronger network signal or contacting your service provider to inquire about coverage in your current location.

6. Restart and Update Your Device

If the solutions above have been checked, you can just try to reboot and update your iPhone to let OS renewed. Over time, device OS can encounter performance issues or glitches that affect network connectivity. By power cycling your iPhone, you can clear temporary issues and reset the device to a stable state. This process can potentially resolve connectivity problems and restore your network connection.
